Servise 'No Printer'

By choosing the “No Printer” service, you can send parcels without printing of accompanying documents. To do this, you need to enter the delivery data into the SMART Post system, pay for the delivery and receive a 10-digit shipping code via SMS. The shipping code must be entered on the Parcel Locker home screen or passed to the InPost Branch employee.

Parcel can be sent via the Parcel Locker or InPost Branch within 3 days from the receipt of the code.

Warning: to send via Parcel Locker, you should select the Parcel type based on the parcel sizes according to the cell types of the Parcel Locker.

Customs declaration

When sending an international parcel you need to fill out a customs declaration, which will be attached to the parcel at the SMART Post warehouse.

How to enter data into the customs declaration:

  • Detailed description: a common product name (e.g. pants, shirt, shoes, etc.)
  • Quantity: the number of pieces of the specified product (for example, if there are 3 jackets in the parcel, the quantity should be indicated as “3”)
  • Weight: the total weight of all unit pieces of the specified product (for example, if there are 3 shirts in the parcel, you must specify the total weight of 3 shirts). The total weight of all items in the parcel must correspond to the declared total weight of the parcel
  • Value: total value of all units of the specified product (for example, if there are 4 pairs of jeans in the parcel, you must specify the total value of 4 pairs of jeans)

In the absence of detailed information on the goods that are sent or if the information is inconsistent with the actual, the time that is spent on customs procedures for such items is significantly increased because of the need for a detailed customs inspection and processing of documents on its results.
